What this notice covers
This Website Privacy Notice describes how Agnys handles personal information associated with the public marketing website at agnys.net. It covers information a visitor submits through the demo form or by contacting Agnys about the website, and limited technical information generated when a browser requests the site.
The notice does not by itself govern customer content, agent traces, model activity, tool events or other data processed inside the Agnys product at app.agnys.net. Product data can depend on a customer's agreement, selected integrations, deployment and retention settings, instructions and applicable documentation. A customer evaluating the product should review those materials and ask Agnys how its intended configuration affects data handling.
Links may take visitors to another website or service. The operator of that destination controls its own privacy practices. Visitors should review the notice presented by that service before providing personal information there.
2. Information
Information collected through this website
The Book a demo form requests a name, business email address, company name, company size, primary use case and a free-text message. The form also adds a submission timestamp. Agnys uses those fields to understand the inquiry, prepare a relevant product conversation, respond, schedule follow-up and maintain a basic record of the request.
If a visitor emails contact@agnys.net, Agnys receives the email address and the information included in the message and attachments. A visitor may also contact Agnys to propose a benchmark review, report an inaccurate statement, ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion. The information needed depends on the request. Agnys may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing, correcting or deleting information so it does not act on a request from the wrong person.
Web hosting, content delivery, security and network systems normally process technical request information required to deliver a page. This may include an IP address, request time, requested address, browser or device information, referring address and security or error signals. Agnys uses such information as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot and protect the site. The current marketing-site code does not include a third-party behavioral analytics script. If that changes materially, this notice should be updated.

Why Agnys uses website information
Agnys uses inquiry information to communicate with the person who submitted it, respond to the stated request, arrange and prepare a demonstration, assess whether the product may fit the described workflow, and keep a reasonable record of business correspondence. Information submitted for a benchmark review or correction is used to investigate the feedback and improve published material.
Technical request information may be used to deliver the requested content, maintain availability, investigate errors, prevent abuse and protect the website and related systems. Agnys does not describe technical request logs as proof of a person's identity, and it should not collect more detail through the marketing site than is reasonably needed for these operational purposes.

How website information is transferred and shared
The demo form sends the submitted fields to a Google Apps Script web endpoint used to receive the inquiry. As a result, Google systems process the form transfer on behalf of the workflow. Network, hosting, domain, security and email providers may also process the limited information needed to deliver the website or message. Those providers operate under their own infrastructure and contractual terms.
Agnys may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect people or systems, investigate abuse, establish or defend legal claims, or support a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Agnys does not sell website inquiry information as the term is ordinarily understood. This statement concerns the marketing website covered by this notice and should not be read as a description of an unrelated third party's independent practices.
Internet services can involve processing in more than one country. When rules require a transfer mechanism or other safeguard, the appropriate mechanism depends on the provider, locations and legal context. Visitors with a specific international-transfer question can contact Agnys for information relevant to their inquiry.
5. Retention and security
How long information is kept and how it is protected
Agnys keeps website inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. A person may also have the right to contact a local data protection or privacy authority. Agnys encourages contacting the company first when a straightforward correction or deletion request can be resolved directly, but doing so does not remove any right to approach an authority where applicable.
7. Updates and contact
Changes to this notice
Agnys may update this notice when the website, form workflow, providers or legal requirements change. A revised version should show a new effective date and describe material practices as they exist at that time. Earlier handling is governed by the facts and notice applicable when the information was collected, subject to applicable law.
